How do I move or copy my meeting recordings to my course recording folder in Panopto?

The steps below provide step-by-step directions for moving meeting recordings to a course folder with Panopto. 

1. In your web browser on your laptop or desktop computer, navigate to http://goldey-beacom.hosted.panopto.com/.

2. Next, log in with your GBC username (#1 below) and click the Next button (#2 below). 

3. If prompted with a screen like this, enter your full GBC email address (#1 below) and your GBC password (#2 below) and click the blue Sign in button (#3 below).

4. If you have two-factor authentication set-up, you will be prompted to authenticate. Optionally check the box to remember you for twelve hours (#2 below) and choose your verification method to authenticate (#1 below). 

5. If prompted to remember you like this, choose Yes or No (this is up to you).

6. Next, click My Folder to access your recordings, as shown below.

7. Next, click the Meeting Recordings folder, as shown below. All of your Zoom recordings will be in this folder. By default, you are the only one who has permission to view the recording. 

8. Hover on top of the video that you'd like to move or copy, check the box for that video, as shown below. Note: you can select more than one video by clicking the check box for each video. 

9. Next, select move or copy, as shown below.

10. Next, use the drop-down arrow next to Choose a folder or start typing to search text box, as shown below.

11. Use the drop-down arrow next to Canvas Courses, as shown below. 


12. Select your course name from the drop-down menu. 

13. Then click move or copy, as shown below. 

14. Once you see the green checkmarks next to each video, you can close the window, as shown below.
