Can a SAM 2016 user use their same SAM account for their SAM 2019 course?

 

Answer

If a student has a SAM 2016 code, they must create a new SAM account with a new email address for their SAM 2019 course. When students receive their SAM 2019 codes (after about 14 days), they will need to apply the SAM 2019 code to their NEW SAM account.
